The halls had mold in the corners. I only learned that this building was haunted until one of my friends read the news.

Good Room, rude personal.

The location. Apart from the bath, the room was fine.

Half of the building is closed, including the viewing platform. Only one of the three elevators worked. The worst thing has been the parking and the guy at the reception. The hotel don‘t have a parking lot and the man said we have to look for ourself, it‘s not his job. This ended with having the car in a closed car park and a 500 ntd bill.

spacious, couch and desk provided

the walls between rooms and to the corridor have no acoustic insulation so if other residents are noisy you are disturbed and cannot rest or sleep. This was only a problem on Saturday night. My neighbours were noisy until 2:30am and then at 5am a group of people arrived and were running around the corridors noisily. The large EXIT sign in the room means that you cannot achieve darkness to sleep as it lights up the whole room. Not sure why this is required for a single room hotel room.

Nice view in a kind of unclean room :))

The city view from the window was amazing since I stayed on 33rd floor. Staffs were nice.

I booked 2 rooms (one with city view and one is not) for 8 people. All of our beds were not clean (both rooms). When we got into our rooms, there were hairs stucked on the pillow and the bedsheets (maybe from the last guests or the cleaners, who knows lol). The beds and the windows were also dusty. There's a hole on one of the towels in the room (room with no view)... I didn't take any photos of these since I was too busy cleaning the beds and stuffs :)))
